  The worst rental company I have ever experienced, HANDS DOWN. The apartment I rented was in what seemed to be a really nice building...the caretaker only cleans on the last day of the month so anyone moving in sees a clean place. The rest of the month the dirt just builds and builds, sticky floors and all. Disgusting. They will charge you a $30 fee to get your paperwork for tax purposes, UNLESS you pay cash and make the trek in every month to pay them. They don't like paperwork and never fix any issues in any apartment unless you threaten them with the tenancies branch, and even then it takes forever. I've been cussed at and hung up on by the witches in the office, seriously if you hate people so much, maybe don't work in customer service. They've also overcharged by adding extra parking charges onto our rent, among other fraudulent charges. Luckily this company is run by two lawyers, who have obviously instructed their staff to give people the run-around until they get exhausted and give up. Horrible company.
