  Very disappointed with their service, product, and integrity.
  - Five-year old door has delaminated completely, and the company refuses to acknowledge that it is deficient and tried to charge us for repair. Exterior aluminum jam cladding fell off - it was only five years old! Company said it hadn't been installed correctly, yet wanted to charge for repair.
  - Glass in a five-year old casement window installed by the company randomly broke (there was nothing touching it/no impact).
  - Incorrectly installed lock set, which locks us out of our home (even with the key in hand).
  - Pieces of trimwork have fallen off, and doors are drafty.
  
  We are not rough on our home, and the product is not old enough to be falling apart like this. This company does not stand behind their poor workmanship and have offered no viable solutions!
