  It feels strange giving them any stars at all because they're that bad.
  I'm a storekeeper for a business with multiple locations. They delivered to our stock room and said it was for one of our stores. Lo and behold it certainly was not. When I called their office in Winnipeg, the receptionist said she was going to forward me to customer service. Before doing so she said in a strange way "Good Luck". The phone rang, without even being interrupted by any automated message, for 15 minutes.
  As someone who uses freight constantly in my professional life, National Fast Freight is by far one of the most incompetent.
  NEVER. EVER. USE. THEM.
