  Former tenants are caretakers in our building, they don't like to hear complaints about other tenants making noise. Incompetently lazy people. Building is run down, no maintenance, only fix things when they are completely broken, then just maybe it will get fixed. Property manager is only interested in money, complaints are not taken seriously. When my lease is up, not renting from these slumlords.
